I've got 2 Sapphire 5770's and had the blue/orange flickering problem too. The SwitchResX app fixed it immediately by switching billions to millions under colors. The only downside is the app is $15.

I have the same screen and problem, but cannot get past it. If I choose #4 it seems like it starts loading, then black screens and I power off. Did you ever find a solution?
