I have 4 dimms and running my build at 3600. It has always been sorta unstable but up until now I just blamed the fact that this was a hackintosh. Maybe I should set it to 3200. Maybe it is actually running at 3200 and it's only saying it is running at 3600. But it is booting, at least.

Great to hear. I don't have Bartender installed on this new installation. I do have iStats. I didn't know if hitting a global pause is enough so I completely uninstalled it. I will report back if I encounter the USB issue again. But as we know, it is random and a week could go by without any issue.

Ok I am a big idiot. I had "multithreaded compositing" turned off in Photoshop's Performance preferences. Now it's about 95% of Windows' performance, which is acceptable for Hackintosh in my opinion. Should I turn WhateverGreen back on?

Here's my Geekbench 5 results. I tried your other two suggestions and the performance is the same. Before you replied, I also upgraded from Monterey to Ventura and that also didn't help.

Forgot to update that I got it fixed. It is an Original Broadcom Apple card. BCM94360CS2. I fixed it by turning off xhciportlimit in OpenCore Configurator. Thanks for all your help and your guides.
