Thanks. I followed that instructions by removing two files above and was now able boot through! Also I fixed another issue by enable XHCI hand off. All problems had been resolved.

Yeah. I added droptables to config.plist and changed CSR to 0x67 on Clover Configurator. It finally went through install! I now have High Sierra installed on my system.
