Been that before, but never happen again. I don't know what I do to fix it. But, unscientific workaround, when the fan starts spinning up, try to sleep and wake. It works for me I suspect the temperature CPU not correct, so it shutdown to prevent overheat.

Thank you to the-braveknight and Rehabman My hackintosh successfully installed, but wifi doesn't show up at all. Before I install hackintosh, I've seen on windows device manager, my wifi is atheros AR956x I already install ATH9KFixup.kext manually too, but still no luck.
