    X299 Big Sur Support

Which SSDTs are you using? I can't seem to get my Skylake to boot the installer. It just loads, then initializes graphics with mouse cursor, and then reboots shortly after.

Possible to Big Sur Public Beta on Catalina Installation?

Is it possible to enroll current install in Catalina, and then do the update from System Preferences > Software Update on top of existing Catalina install? I enrolled, and now Big Sur Public Beta shows up, but not sure if I should pull the trigger. Running on latest OC 0.6 with latest kexts.

How to build your own iMac Pro [Successful Build/Extended Guide]

I'm also talking directly to Bjango for iStat Menus. They are working on a new version that supports reporting of more cores and sensors. It's in the works for now but hopefully they'll keep me posted. I offered to beta test for them and they seemed pleased, so it's just a matter of time.

Run Intel Power Gadget and see if your CPU is being utilized, causing the fans to ramp up. Check Activity Monitor to see which process is doing that if so. Edit: misunderstood part of your post.

@kgp - Yep! 10.13.3 (17D2047). I did enable the port limit patch. I believe XHC USB2.0 and USB.3.0. I haven't tried any USB ACPI replacements, etc. I just basically used your SSDT amls the way you set them up to see if the system would work at all—and it did! What's working: Intel dual LAN...
