Verify the Mav installation application is in the Applications folder. I know that sounds so stupidly simple, but mine was actually on another drive (and failed), and I had to copy it over to Applications.

My wonderful Hackintosh was running great on 10.8.2, but now after applying the 10.8.3 update, it will lock up frequently shortly after bootup/login. HELP PLEASE!!!

My photography workhorse now locks up frequently after applying this patch. I've reinstalled TRIM & video drivers from Multibeast, just to make sure. Still locking up. Any ideas?????

For one thing, upgrade the disk controllers to SATA3/6GB. It's been out for almost 2 years now. Who wants to buy a professional "work"station that works (disk transfer speed that is) at 1/2 speed of other platforms? Also add options for video cards other than the antiquated 5770/5870.

I'm trying to use my XFX 5770 with ML, and it doesn't work. Initial progress screen (spinning circle) stops after a while, and it freezes. Does the same with/without fresh install. I put in a 5570, and it works though. WTH?!?!

Did you flash the 5770 with the Mac image? I've tried my XFX 5770 in 2 different builds, and it doesn't work. Works fine with Win 7 pro 64 bit though.

I can't seem to get the bootloader to work. Every option I try fails with the WSOD. I have to keep the MultiBeast USB stick in to get it to work. ARGH!!!!
