Bump

Just installed Ubuntu and ran stress tests on the same machine, and the CPU correctly ramped up to 4.6Ghz, so it would seem it is not a BIOS issue. For reference, Geekbench 4 on macOS gives ~4700 SC & ~18000 MC, while on Ubuntu I get ~6000 SC & ~22000 MC.
