I had a lot of trouble getting my system updated to Mojave :banghead:
But with a lot of tweaks in my config and clover folder I finally got a stable working Mojave system.
For all those who have an Asus X99 E-WS with a 5960X I've attached my EFI. Maybe it can help someone updating more easily...

- update your clover with all drivers you need (the ones you already had in your Sierra driver folder)
- follow post 1# and don't forget to add apfs.efi to the drivers folder

I would say try to begin from step 18 of the guide again with the unibeast USB--> open Terminal --> copy kexts to the Yosemite drive with the commands in the guide(step21)
