It's great that you got it to work with OpenCore, and you may be right about Big Sur.
I would love to have a look at your EFI(serial numbers removed from config.plist), so if you don't mind posting it, I would appreciate it.
Thanks!
Ok, good. That's what it's supposed to do.
Just to clarify, are you currently able to interact with the Hydro in MacOS? with an app?
That's going to be a tricky one. I'm out of ideas. I hope someone else chimes in with a solution.
Good lucky
This performance-enhanced SSDT was working wonderfully for me with Clover and previous os versions, but when I switched to OpenCore and Big Sur it stopped working.
So I'm wondering if anyone has managed get it to work with OpenCore or Big Sur?
Thanks!
Long shot, but by any chance did you clear NVRAM? sometimes that's all it takes to see the changes you made.
I was able to make a bootable clone of my main drive to an external ssd with the latest version of CCC
What CCC wont due (at present) is to clone Big Sur updates. What you will have to...
Not necessary. Only use the generated USBPorts.kext
What I did was to (-) minus the port from my configuration in Hackintool, before exporting. Setting it as internal, technically means that it is still part of your configuration, which you don't want. When you exclude(delete) you're telling...
Correct. Also XhciPortLimit should be set to False in config.plist
You may need to link it manually, unless the OC configurator/editor you use does it for you.
I use ProperTree and do an "OC Clean Snapshot" to sync all my files in my OC folder.
Your new USBPorts.kext should show up in...
Do you have the 2 8pin cables connected to different rails on your PSU? If not it's a long shot but it may be worth a try. that's how I fixed my Sapphire Vega 64 from randomly turning off out of the blue, even when idle.
I had the same issued with my H115i RGB Platinum. I had it fixed in Clover with an ssdt, but it stopped working when I switched to OC
The easiest way for me to fix the sleep issued under OC was to use Hackintool to reconfigure my active USB ports and exclude the internal USB port header that my...
Thank you @pastrychef,
I just tried your method and worked perfectly for me.
I use CCC to backup my boot drive and had been using EFIClone-v2.sh script, to backup my EFI, but lately I had been getting an error message at the end of cloning.
Uneventful update from 10.15.4
Updated the following files before installing 10.15.5
Clover to r51018 from 5107
AppleALC.kext 1.4.9
Lilu.kext 1.4.4
WhateverGreen.kext 1.3.9
Thank you!
This fix worked for me with my new Corsair H115i RGB Platinum. Curiously, to wake it up, I need to press the power on button on my hackintosh case as the keyboard/mouse won't work. Not a big deal.
I use @jaymonkey SSDT-VEGA64.aml to inject the "Kamerang" framebuffer
