That's some really great feedback. Thank you Mr. Bald. Have you been able to get all your USB ports working? USB2 or USB3 - I tried the USB_1000 fix but no dice. Each time I try to edit the /EFI/Clover/config.plst directly with a rext editor and then reboot and I get a black screen on reboot.

I believe you need VoodooTSCSync 6 Core I was working with that CPU on Yosemite but haven't tried it with El Kap yet. Anyway I had the same errors as you until I added this kext I hope that is helpful.

I'd love to see support for R9 290x in fakeSMC plugins. I know it's possible based on current fakesmc tree. I have been able to get it to work but in the process lost cpu temps. But I am sure you guys know how to incorporate it correctly.

With current drivers 290x runs well but single monitor only. You can add a second screen by adding another card to the system. Any compatible card should work. I am running r9 290x DP to screen one 2460x1440 / second screen from 6850 on HDMi @ 1080p
