Finally I managed to displays work:
1) Replaced back AppleGraphicsControl.kext (after AGDPFix).
2) Set iMac 13,2(was iMac 12.1) in System Definition via Clover Configurator magic wand.
I made to work sound again after sierra update. After audio_cloverALC-120_v1.0b0.command, make sure you have not ALC892.kext in /Library/Extensions!

I tried:

AGDPFix v1.3,
reinstall web drivers,
sudo kextcache -system-prelinked-kernel & sudo kextcache -system-caches
No luck.
My system definition is iMac12.1(cpu i5 2500) - do i need to change it to iMac 14.2?
GPU: Nvidia GTX660ti.
P.S. I don't know why, but system...

RehabMan, HDD successfully converted to GPT! Despite that I can't change size of system partition(via Disk Utility) because of Windows partition(I suspect) on the same HDD, next to MAC partition...:-(
RehabMan, When I started learning about hackintosh installation, I found an manual, where suggested to use MBR, since then I use it... Thanks for link!
Why you don't use UEFI? Are you use legacy booting?
Hi! I need extend my OS X 10.11.4 system partition, but disk now in MBR format. How can I convert my disk from MBR to GPT? And would fat32 clover's partition and system works after that?
I had the same issue like on the photo above! Problem was in the bios settings! To the best of my memory, the problem was in “IOAPIC 24-119 Entries", needs to disable it.

Wow! Updated to 10.11.4 and installed AppleGraphicsControl.kext via KextWizard, then executed commands:
sudo kextcache -system-prelinked-kernel
sudo kextcache -system-caches
