Hi guys I just did two identical hacks for work. High Sierra was the easiest install i've ever had. After using multibeast everything worked right away. Audio(install on second boot), USB2&3&C and even Messages. Only hiccup is that iMac14,2 was suggested by Multibeast, so i chose that, and now...

I thought i might be easier since there is a guide to update to high sierra like a normal mac with minor things to do like installing clover and coping some kexts. The comments and reports of success sounded much more promising than those in the security update thread.

After all the problems i read about the security update. Might it be wiser to go from sierra 10.12.5 directly to high sierra? thx

update: another cmos reset and i could access the bios. It still restarts before getting to the installer after Missing Bluetooth Controller Transport - but at least i have something to work with from here on... uffff :crazy:

After cmos reset even windows wont boot up anymore. This is a nightmare...

I did a cmos reset. Even took the battery out. Still no access to bios. How is this even possible? This board should have dual bios. Did i broke it? Spent my last money on this machine and need it for work :cry:
