Run Multibeast and install chimera on the hard drive you have youe OSX on. Now reboot the PC go into the Bios and set the PC to boot from Hard Drive 1st and if you have more then one hard drive set it to boot from the one with OSX and chimera first...
It says that if you try to install it from the drive within the operating system because unibeast has made modifications to the actual downloaded file. You can not install from within OSX, you need to boot from the thumb drive and install that way and it will work fine. Every UB drive will error...

It is because your ati card, I have a 6850 and had the same issue. I deleted the ati6000kext from unibeast and it booted fine but then you need to manually reinstall the deleted ketx after you get it up- and running so make a backup of it. Details are on this...

I got mine to work by getting rid of DSDT and using non DSDT Enabler and Patched Apple HDA ALC887/88b, now it works like champ, possibly the DSDT needs edited by someone who knows how.
Can your bios support more then 8G ram? Some do not. Just because you have 4 slots don't mean you can fill them with more ram then your board supports.
Read the laptop forum, what you are doing is close to impossible if not impossible. If it has been done before there will be a guide, if you can not find a guide give up. If you absolutely got to have OSX buy and apple product, or buy a desktop with compatible parts.

also burn your lion to DvD and boot to it for a fresh install once you get it downloaded.

You got the the KP because your voodoo next is not compatible with Lion. If you can boot with -x and delete your good to go, but will ned an updated kext. If not reinstall time.
