macOS 10.13 and Windows Default to Windows

I am looking to upgrade an existing Windows PC to include a hard drive with a partition dedicated to running macOS. First of all, is it possible to insert a hard drive into a Windows PC tower and install macOS to one of its partitions, then have the option to boot to either Windows or macOS...

    Is My Build Compatible

I made sure to get dual channel RAM, and I'm glad I did. Tomorrow I'll get specifics on the part information, but how would I do this? Windows doesn't provide much besides the frequency... I also updated the original post with much more information on my build.

    Is My Build Compatible

Thanks. My next concern would be performance. I'm sure it'll be okay, but is it worth it if I already have a MacBook Pro 13" early 2015? It's got an i5-5257U and a 256GB SSD. I know the graphics will be much better on the Nvidia card, but otherwise it seems that the laptop will be better...

    Is My Build Compatible

I'm sure I'm not the first to ask, but I just wanted to check if my parts were compatible with macOS Sierra 10.12.2, using all of the latest drivers. My build is as follows: ASRock H97M Pro4 Intel Core i3 4160 EVGA GTX 750 Ti Superclocked PWM Arctic Case Fans Cooler Master TC-102 Chassis...
