Can you be more specific on what you mean by "press the inject button"? Edit: Sorry, yes, even when I press the Inject button my ports are still not working or seen when connecting a USB device. My USB devices begin to flash when its connected to a USB port but that isn't even working.

Thanks. I am trying a solution right now to remap the ports. If this doesn't work then I will try your suggestion to install Catalina, create the USBPorts.kext and save it, and then reinstall Big Sur.

This is where I am stuck at. Hackintool cannot see my USB 3 ports so I cannot properly map it out. I am tryin to find the solution right now.

Solved the issue. The issue had to do with the USB ports. I did 3 things and I am unsure which fixed the problem. I updated my BIOS to latest version. I disabled the Thunderbolt Port, and I redid the port discovery again. When I updated the BIOS it broke my ports so I remapped them again.

I do not have that option in my BIOS.

@Gigamaxx , is there a way to control the GPU fan speed? I once seen a video of someone showing how to monitor GPU info and it showed an RX 560 fan speed at 0% and when Heaven was ran then you seen the increase of the fan speed.
