Fantastic! :) I wouldn't have thought it would be the Thunderbolt card! Anyway, happy to help! Happy Hackintoshing, - Matt

    Error on Boot

If you look at the 4th line from the top it says 'Error loading the Kernel Cache'. There's your first hint. Boot into the El Capitan Unibeast drive you made, go to the Utilities menu and press Terminal. Then type, 'sudo touch /Volumes/*insertdrivenamehere*/System/Library/Extensions'. If that...

    G5 Flush Rear 3.5mm Jacks

I was talking about the part of the case that you plug USB devices into. The motherboard should't be effected buy the CIH. That is on any old case that you can rip out of an old computer or something. If not then buy a really cheap case and take it out of there. Usually it comes with a 3.5mm...

Moved Asus USB3.1 PCIE from 2.0 X4 to 3.0 X16, "Couldn't allocate runtime area" at boot

Just muck about with the config, i.e. switch your Sound Card with your x16,2 and put the USB 3.1 in x16,4. It is interesting that ignoring the cache lets you boot. Also try rebuilding the cache and repairing permissions.

    Build

I don't see why it shouldn't! But always, ALWAYS do your research before buying. Google 'Z97-A hackintosh' or something like that. Just remember to boot with nv_disable=1 until you install the nVidia Web Drivers! Happy Hackintoshing, - Matt

    G5 Flush Rear 3.5mm Jacks

I'm quite surprised that the G5 case didn't come with a jack. Do you have any old computers that you can rip the Case Interface Header out of? Then you can just cut space in your G5 case for it. Even Pentium 4 computers should have one. Take a look. If not, try to find the cheapest case...

Moved Asus USB3.1 PCIE from 2.0 X4 to 3.0 X16, "Couldn't allocate runtime area" at boot

I reckon it might be because of OS X not being used to having PCIe slots being moved (just TRY doing that on a real Mac hehehe) Or perhaps a bad driver. That would be my only guess, apart from trying a different boot loader (Try Good Ol' Chameleon and see what happens). Other than that, I've no...

New Space Bootloader Theme for Chameleon

Good evening everyone, I would like to share with you a Theme I made for everyone who is still using Chameleon with Yosemite, Mavericks, Mountain Lion, Lion or Snow Leopard (or using Enoch to boot El Capitan). It has a Space background, but the OS X icons are made out of the wallpapers bundled...

    !!HELP PLEASE!! AppleACPIPlatform Kernel Panic

Ok, just try to use IGPEnabler=Yes without any of the patches. If that doesn't work, use EFIStudio to generate an EFI String and put that under 'Device Properties' in Chameleon Wizard. And finally, if none of that works refer to my 2nd to last post as to how to install Clover. Hope I could...

    !!HELP PLEASE!! AppleACPIPlatform Kernel Panic

Sorry, disregard my last post; I have thought of something. By glitchy I'm assuming QE/CI isn't enabled. Am I right in saying that it is only recognized as 3MB? Anyway, the Clover EFI Bootloader has Intel HD 4600 support built-in as well. All you need to do is boot into the OS, install Clover...

    !!HELP PLEASE!! AppleACPIPlatform Kernel Panic

I think your install is screwed. Backup all your data and Reinstall. Unless you have incompatible GPU drivers installed from your old system for your Radeon. Make sure they are all vanilla and try again. - Matt

    !!HELP PLEASE!! AppleACPIPlatform Kernel Panic

Ok. Here's what I think you should do. Make a Chimera disk by following these steps: 1. Install Chimera to a Blank Disk Set to Master Boot Record (duh). 2. Use Chameleon Wizard to put the SMBIOS Mac Pro 3,1 in the /Extra folder. 3. Use Chameleon Wizard to set the Default Boot device to the USB...

    Boot0 Error after FileVault Enabled

You probably have a 4K drive. Try to use the fix here. If that doesn't work, try reinstalling Chimera/Chameleon. Also try Clover EFI. Hope I could help, - Matt

    !!HELP PLEASE!! AppleACPIPlatform Kernel Panic

Well if you would like to use a 960, you would have to run Yosemite. nVidia's Maxwell Architecture is much to new to run Mav. I have a 960 (which I use for Windows 7) but I have an R9 270X to use in OS X (I much prefer Mav's look to Yosemite's). So if you need to use Mav, get a different card...

    !!HELP PLEASE!! AppleACPIPlatform Kernel Panic

The reason why you can get past the kernel panic by booting with DSDT=Null is because the problem is in fact your DSDT. You said that you got the SSD to boot on another system. My guess is that the DSDT was intended for that computer's motherboard, not your new one. UEFI motherboards don't even...
