USB 3.0 not working with El Capitan

Hello. I installed the RehabMan's FakePCIID.kext and FakePCIID_XHCIMux.kext as P1LGRIM advised. The backpanel USB3 ports work fine but sometimes the frontpanel's USB3 ports crash when there is for instance an external hardrive installed. Is there any solution for this crashing problem?

    How to update Clover

Sometimes when I boot back from Windows7 to El Capitan the computer starts normally to Clover and about 3s automatically to El Capitan and the Apple screen comes and loads but after that comes black screen and the cursor is seen but no desktop. I was just wondering if this is a Clover problem.

    How to update Clover

So I installed El Capitan a few months ago with the alternate post-installation method and I used Clover configurator also which updated Clover nicely. When the Multibeast 8.0 came I made a fresh install of El Capitan with it. No I'm wondering how can I update Clover since I'm using Multibeast?

Dual booting El Capitan and Windows 7

Do I have to re-install OS X or just Windows? Does deleting clover configurator from programs and re-installing it there install the new clover EFI?

Dual booting El Capitan and Windows 7

I have find out this that when I install Windows and don't run none of the updates I can boot from Clover BUT when I install Windows and do run all the important updates Windows won't boot from Clover. So my guess is that there maybe is some update that causes the boot failure but I'm not sure.

Dual booting El Capitan and Windows 7

I'm not sure how this makes any differ the way I've been doing: 1. Disconnect any other drive but Windows 2. Install Windows 3. Update Windows to max 4. Connect OS X drive 5. In UEFI/BIOS boot order to OS X 1st and Windows boot manager 2nd.

Dual booting El Capitan and Windows 7

Yes I have UEFI boot mode only set in UEFI. This situation is strange 'cause alone Windows boots just fine. Only when it's booted from Clover the booting process stops. The OSX is installed on a drive in M.2. port and Windows on a drive in SATA3 port but I don't think this could cause the issue...

Dual booting El Capitan and Windows 7

I'm not really sure what you mean but I have three icons in Clover. Two for OSX (El Capitan and OSX Recovery) and one for Windows (Boot Microsoft EFI boot menu from EFI). Is this what you asked?

Dual booting El Capitan and Windows 7

Because of this: I've always done the installion the way that I disconnect every other drive except the Windows drive, install, update, put El Cap drive back and set the boot order in UEFI 1. El Cap and 2. Windows boot manager. And every time after this when I try to boot to Windows from...

Dual booting El Capitan and Windows 7

Ok now I did again fresh install for Windows with no drive except the Windows drive connected. Install went fine. I connected El Cap drive and made the boot order 1. El Cap and 2. Windows 7. Again Windows booted right from the Clover before updates. I booted to El Cap and with Clover...

Dual booting El Capitan and Windows 7

Hello again. I've been using El Capitan and Windows 7 side by side to this point. Few days ago I wanted to play games with Steam in Win7. Well Steam didn't want to work if Windows wasn't up to date. I was forced to update Windows and now Steam works great but unfortunately the original booting...

Dual booting El Capitan and Windows 7

When I installed Windows I disconnected every other drive. Only the drive connected which is going to be the Windows drive. When install completed I connected the OS X drive and made the boot order so that OS X is first and Windows second. I found out that both systems boot nicely from Clover...

Dual booting El Capitan and Windows 7

I forgot to inform that I fixed the Clover boot problem. The problem was me :D I messed up with the config.plist files. But sadly now I have a new problem with Windows. After updating every important update the Windows won't boot. It says like this: File:\EFI\Microsoft\Boot\BCD Status...

Dual booting El Capitan and Windows 7

I tried just now to hide the two unwanted Windows boot entries with no luck. I did just like you described above but for starters there is no UUID with the two unwanted boot entries. There is just "Boot Windows". Well I still marked down the working boot entry for Windows 7, OSX, OSX Recovery...

Dual booting El Capitan and Windows 7

Thank you very much for your answer Robbish. I don't think I'm going to update my BIOS right now 'cause I got Windows to boot but for future it's good to know thats it's not that difficult. Thank for your tip also to remove the "wrong" boot icons from Clover. I haven't had the time to do it yet...
