to use BT you have to boot in to windows and connect to an device. So reboot to osx and your BT is working. That is actually the only way i know. The Efi-folder is quite old. May you can test this one. There is the ID28 injected and your sound should be fine.

Intel BT is buggy on the NUC.
I have to activate it via windows. If the NUC lose the power (disconnect the power supply) i have to boot in windows again to make BT work again.

the biggest differnt is the dsdt i belive. So try and add for a test. Its not recommend and i am also just testing some things. so try it with this dsdt
EDIT: in my case the _CRS settings run into trouble. So i delete them from the dsdt. And however it works for testing.
yep. Thx for your reply. its corrected now. I know that it is in your ssdt. Where i started i try it for my self and build my own kext. so here is the corrected kext.
may you can explain what is not correct, that i can fix it? It's not realy different from your SSDT. So whats wrong with my kext? I am a total beginner and it is one of my first usb-kexts. I dont have any coding experience. So may you want explain, what the problem is, with the kext.
two issues i have to fix. It crashes, when i eject the sd-card. And speedstep is not workling correctly at the moment. It does not use min 800Mhz. It only goes down to 1300Mhz.
And may it is not all patched correctly. But it works without patching anything. Only defaults. disable secureboot...
I also tried your guide. But with your settings my system freezes sometimes. With my not recommended dsdt and settings it performs very stable.

i use the NUC8i7BEH with UEFI defaults and had just change secureboot off in biossettings. So test the attached clover folder.
I can run through the whole installation with dualmonitor via usb-c.
Update: New cloverfolder. Now BT works fine, also SD-Card. So please give me Feedback if it also...
