Hello, I have Asus Z97I-PLUS, i7-4790K, Integrated HD4600. It hangs after booting into installation screen after versbose mode with Apple logo, progress bar underneath and cursor turning into spinning beachball. Any idea? jeffkck

Gordo74, I have the same motherboard but no discrete graphics with i7-3770k. Install os x Yosemite USB tries to boot with the white logo and stops. But I found this link and everything works fine, even iMessage and Facetime. I had to go back to Mavericks and update it.

I inserted "npci=0x3000" before "darkwake=0</string>" in chameleon.boot.plist and 1080 resolution in MiltiBeast.

Hello, I had a 10.8.2 fresh install, it keeps showing ethernet cable unplugged but wireless connected. It works OK from 10.8.1 to 10.8.2 update which was backed up and updated. Does anybody any suggestions? Thanks
