Save your BIOS settings to a text file and compare to mine, you might have slightly different entries if you don't have the same version (There is a newer one out).

I can send over my EFI this evening, for now here are my BIOS settings (I am on a newer BIOS but not updated to latest yet).
I triple boot Ventura, Sonoma and Windows 11 if it makes a difference.
All good with the latest BIOS (1402) flashed. Using Windows 11, Ventura and Sonoma :headbang:
A new entry in the BIOS looks to be "Intel(R) Dynamic Tuning Technology"
I use a Corsair AIO which seems to work well, quiet too.

I would definitely get it running ok before disturbing the work-from-home build, this one is working great (Triple boot) now but initially took some figuring out.
