I use USBInjectall.kext. Also I have tried to use GenericUSBXHCI.kext, but it didn't help.

At this point I also use usb-stick to boot my hackintosh(but I have other reasons for this). If you want to boot directly from your SSD, just install clover on it. After installation put all needed kexts and config.plist to EFI partition.

OS: El Capitan 10.11.4 On ASRock H170M pro4s motherboard there are 6 usb 3.0 ports. All of them work, but! when I insert usb3.0 pen-drive or portable hard-drive Hackintosh doesn't detect them. Temporary solution for me was using usb 2.0 hub. What may cause the problem?
