I have the same board. You have to disable CSM and SecureBoot. and then use Clover instead of Chimera. Mavericks works like a charm. Another tip is do not update your BIOS, as the latest version bios locks the MSRs, which would restrict NVRAM writability for clover, etc.

1. Whats the clover version? 2. What are the kexts you are injecting? 3. What are the clover drivers(.efi) you have installed? 4. And most importantly share your clover config.

Try installing the very lastest version of clover and make sure you install the RC scripts on bootable volumes!

UPDATE: I have successfully installed Mavericks on this with CLOVER. The Sound / Ethernet / AsMedia SATA kexts are not yet installed - But, most of them are already confirmed to be working.

Fixed this myself. I decided to go with Clover for Installing OS X from a Vanilla USB Installer. For my motherboard, Only needed to Inject FakeSMC.kext with Clover !

Sabertooth Z87 is hackintosh compatible with out a DSDT. However, do not update the BIOS updates, before checking - because Asus may chose to lock the MSR in the future bios updates. Just do a Unibeast + Multibeast install and you will be fine. As for GTX 770, I am not sure. I believe it is...
