Ran a few benchmark tests on the but not sure if the scores are what they should be. For instance cinebench is seeing the i5 6400 cpu as having 2 cores and 4 threads which is not correct, the cpu is quad core. Also the geekbench 4 scores seem to bee low.

Update: tested the issue further by playing 5k video content on youtube and 1080p from ssd and both worked fine. The issue seems to be caused by the slow speeds r/w of the intel ssd.
Seem to have lag issues when playing 4k video content from local ssd. The system works fine while running the movie, the applications which are running in the same time are responsive only the movie seems to suffer from lag and image distorion. Not sure if the problem is caused by GPU, by the...

Installed 378.10.10.10.25.102 NVIDIA Driver for High Sierra from HERE
From the black screen problem I have installed shilohh's fix from HERE - just download the file AGDPfix.app.zip and run it
Tried again to load in multibeast only the UEFI + emulated boot settings, enabled the nvidia webdriver. Restarted the computer but got the same result, after a few seconds of loading the screen goes completely black.
