Hi, I have a problem with my laptop.
Everything is working except battery status and ac adapter status.
Battery level works for most part but sometimes it shows that battery is 0% but laptop is still working,
Also the ac adapter status is not working at all, it shows that laptop is on battery...
Hi, I just finished installing Mac Os 10.12.6 on HP Book 15 G1 thanks to Yours (RehabMan) scripts thank You very much .
All is working except for trackpoint/touchstyk/pointstick it's a Synaptics PS2 device and it's supposed to act like mouse joystick, but instead it's sometimes scroll web pages...
So why using Device (LID) is ok - it's DSDT Device for triggering sleep by closing LID? For some laptops with stupid DSDT (Samsung for example) we triger Device (SLPB) by editing LID status to get lid sleep.
It is working, mac os is recognizing this button as power, but it doesn't make it sleep it is just power button - when i hold it longer it ask me if i want to restart shutdown or sleep my system.
Also I think it would be better to fix DSDT
Can I use ACPIKeyboard.kext for that? I'm not using your voodoops2controller becouse it is not supporting my trackpoint(tluck's fork is also not working) - it sometimes work and sometimes only keyboard and touchpad is initialize.
Ok, but is there a solution to fix dsdt - not using ADB code, because the problem is still there in DSDT. If it is not posible what ADB code is for sleep - because i was thinking about it before, but I can't find a code :<
Ok, I remaped another acpi HKEY to "Notify (SLPB, 0x80)" and the problem is still present so it must be something with "Device (SLPB)"
Device (SLPB)
{
Name (_HID, EisaId ("PNP0C0E")) // _HID: Hardware ID
Method (_PRW, 0, NotSerialized) // _PRW: Power Resources...
Hi, I'm trying to resolve this problem but without success.
When I press FN+F4 my laptop instead of sleep reboots but when I select sleep from menu (->Sleep) it works like a charm.
So sleep is working but keyboard shortcut not.
