This is a C621 platform but it is different with yours.

As same as cracking dvmt setting to unlock msr locked that could help you to solve the situation. The risk is that you maybe destroy the motherboard BIOS. If it happened you need a BIOS programing to flash BIOS.

You could disable MSR locked, Using UEFI shell could help you but it have risk.

You could set CSM disable that make it OK

you could set SIMBIOS as iMac pro.

7800X does not have IGPU. Although now H.264 and H.265 encoding and decoding were supported by CPU on 10.14.1 . I hope to find a solution to make GPU encoding and decoding support.;););)
