Please help get UHD 630 at 10.14.5. Not how I can not figure it out.

I have a Gigabyte Z370m ds3h with an i3 8100 processor. I can’t install High sierra correctly. DVI output does not work on the motherboard. Video is almost always 7MB. Help me figure out what the problem is. Below I give my settings.
