Updated El capitan from App store. Everything is smooth except the native audio even after audio fix process is followed. Note: USB audio is working whereas the native audio is not. Any thoughts any one?

[Guide] Lenovo Y50 with Clover Hey RehabMan, totally forgot about the TIME MACHINE. I restored everything but now a new issue with booting. It says boot mac osx from yosemite (hibernated) and when I click on it it reboots.
