I could live with that if there would not be a youtube video showing OS X running on a quite similar E3-111 (also with Bay Trail):

It is almost the same system as Stefan described in his first posting:
System: Acer Aspire E11 (E3-112-C43A)
CPU: Intel Celeron N2940 (Bay Trail-M, 4 cores)
BIOS: Insyde V1.10
Chipset: Intel Bay Trail
RAM: 4GB DDR3
HDD: 128 GB (SanDisk Ultra Plus SDSSDHP-128G-G25)...
Thanks for hints how to activate secure boot.
But even when I do this, the USB stick is not found in UEFI mode (only the Windows Boot Manager).
And if I active Legacy USB support the USB stick is found but I experience what Stefan has already described in his first posting - infinity boot loop...
