Finally got El Cap to boot but still no audio. Now the script is saying

S/L/E/AppleHDA.kext is not native
Problem is I cannot get my usb el cap installer to boot correctly so I can reinstall over the top of current to get that native AppleHDA.kext.

Ok so for the guy who is not so versed in hackintosh....I am using clover...how would I reinstall the bootloader? Wouldn't I need to boot into OSX to do this?
I have a perfectly working Yosemite install but want to upgrade my SSD to a 500gb from a 250gb. What is the best way to do this and not have to install again or lose data?
I have a fully functioning Yosemite install running clover. I am however having a horrible issue where if I restart I often get to tufs starting and then reboots.....it seems like luck when it actually does boot.
