So I've given up tryinmg to install OS X because it is absolutely F***ing impossible for me, I've tried Unibeast and Clover, I booted all the different modes and with the boot flags and it does't work.
Outcomes I've experienced:
Black/Grey screens
Messed up Graphics
OS X just not booting...
Previously I would have decided to install OS X via unibeast but it decided to not work.
So now I'm using [trying] clover and then this happens so what should I do please help me
So I have my lovely beast of a hackintosh and I want to just passively start to record me playing games no biggie. The thing is that I will play games in windows and edit the stuff + lots of other creative work on the OS X side and it would be simplest if it were all on one internal hard drive...
so I've done all the unibeast stuff and when i remove my usb drive the computer won't boot into OS X it will just go to bios because there is no start up drive.
Also I have some other problems to:
I have tried all the VooDoo audio drivers and they don't work, *Update* the audio works...
So as I can see the new generation of this tablet works with Win 7/8, so I was wondering can anyone try to install OS X on it because I just cant deal with windows unless I'm playing games, (windows 10).
Should this post be somewhere else e.g. Laptops?
Hi
N.B. I don't have a computer yet and I am not upgrading:
So I'm building my computer in 2-3 weeks. I'm going to put in it a GTX 980 Strix and an i7 4790K, but then I did some internet digging and the GTX 980ti apparently is being released with in the next 2 months. Also Broadwell series...
I just want to know if this can work.
I have a rig with a GTX 980 and a i7 4790K as the server pc thing.
I was thinking for the computer which receives the signal could be a Intel NUC, or the Gigabyte BRIX version. It would connect to a 4K Samsung TV.
I'm only really going to stream GTA V at...
I'm sure this thread is in the wrong place, and please move it if this is so, but let me get to the point:
So I understand how to install OS X and Win 10 with a USB drive blah blah blah. The thing is how do I make install on to a specific drive and not on another.
This is how my computer...
Hi!
I'm going to use my computer for video games, homework, light CAD and light photo/video editing.
I'm really only going to put my OSs (Win 10 64 bit. + OS X Yosemite) on the SSD as everything else I can't really bothered nor do I need it.
I'm going to have a 4TB SSHD from Seagate (...
So can i use my old iMac (21.5" Mid 2010) as a monitor for my hackintosh and if so is there anything i have to get.
Thank you and please move the thread if in the wrong place
Hello!
I'm in this little predicament where by I need to dual boot windows for games and as I don't have/will not get a disc slot thing, I thought of making a windows 10 version to put on a USB as I don't think win 8.1 can be placed on USB. Basically has anyone tried playing video games in win 10.
Hello
This is my proposed hackintosh build:
My computer will be set up like this:
Mac OS X Partition:
2TB of 4TB
I will use it to do my homework e.g. Pages
I will also use some CAD software which is OS X compatible e.g. ZBrush.
If I get into Youtube I will edit my videos on iMovie and...
Hi!
so what I'm aiming to do is play video games, do homework and light CAD.
I'm looking for ways to decrease the costs of my build and I feel that the processor as I mentioned is overkill.
Everything is in the title
I was thinking this GTX 980 looks pretty cool, (cheaper than the gigabyte wind force or reference asus one i found):
[AMAZON-uk]http://www.amazon.co.uk/Gainward-GeForce-Phantom-graphics-card/dp/B00O9EUX0A/[/AMAZON-uk]
Anyone got any idea whats the difference between the two cards, because they have the same VRAM so well what is it. I men there is power consumption as well. I've look through some frame rate stuff and there is only a 10 fps difference in Battlefield 4.
Side question: whats the difference...
I've done pretty much everything
good grades
homework
offer to pay for it
offer to pay for some of it
not nag my parents 24/7
offer to do chores
and pretty much everything else
So yeah please help me
My build roughly is £1500 (without monitor). My aim is to make a hackintosh of equal or...
High I'm really new to the forums.
There is probably already some where a forum post about how to update OS X on a hackintosh.
I'm only finding ones that show what to download.
