looks like i have the same behavior with HDMI, ordered a DP cable and will see if that fixes things. I'll report back in case someone else has a similar issue.

I got it fixed, I went back to the OP, double checked all of my BIOS settings to match the guide. Everything came back up like before. Everything is working like before in addition to the new drives. Whew! That dropped my stomach for about 12 hours. Thanks again everyone!

I've disconnected all drives except for the SSD boot drive. I now get the error in the pic. Gonna keep looking for a fix.
