I can't get to install Sierra. USB 2.0 ports die during the boot. Tried all Inject,Ownership, ClockID etc...

I don't think so. There is Kernel Support CPU option in Clover. I think that does the job. I might be wrong though.

Did not work for me! Rampage IV Gene. Solved by using 3.0 ports with GenericUSBXHCI.kext.
