How to make a custom option that I input into the clover screen and Options tab stick there for every time the computer boots?

I'm wondering if I need to change my Model ID, and if so, how to do that, and I'm wondering how I make the changes will stick, as every time I boot, I need to enter this in.

Thanks, this worked for my board. I can't seem to get Wifi and Sound to work yet, but it's booting fine and otherwise usable. I'll have to work on WiFi and Sound next.
