Same here @Feartech. Tried all APTIOFIXES, none did work. I'm stuck in the same boat as this guy does.
@xpsmojave I don't know if the 9,1 SMBIOS really fits better. In theory 13,1 or 13,2 should be more fitting. Results in the same error anyway.
But there's one thing I noticed:
If you boot with...
Thanks, I'm quite busy today, but you can expect some feedback tomorrow. Thanks for keeping up with me :)
Maybe @xpsmojave could try this out, since we've got the same issue (on different hardware, but I guess the root cause might be the same). Might as well upload your EFI-Folder, or use the...
I've got the same i7, the Iris 540, but the normal FHD Version with a Toshiba NVMe. So my configuration is pretty standard, compared to yours.
@Feartech
Injecting a invalid *-platform-id brings me no further. Instead of getting the Apple logo as before, it just stays in verbose mode where I...
Hey,
I've created everything from Scratch using the Link to the Laptop-Guide you provided me. So I've only got the mentioned Kexts, beside AirportBrcmFixup (WifiCard not supported, only boots using the Kext) and the corresponding config.plist for the HD540.
I tried it with the 13,1 SMBIOS...
Okay, so after another 6 hours of fiddling around I was still not able to successfully boot.
All I got is a mouse-cursor which I can move around freely and the Applelogo with a non-filled progressbar, after the verbose log ran trough.
Using the SMBIOS 13,1 always gives me "Busy Timeout(240s)...
Thanks, will do!
My hardware profile is properly set up now. Thanks as well.
Edit: @Feartech I just changed the config.plist to the one provided by @RehabMan (Seriously, thanks for the amazing effort you put into the Hackintosh scene!) and changed the Model to 9,1.
It...
Anything specific you would like to point me at? ;)
After recreating the whole USB-Drive, using the latest Clover and the Folder above, I got it to boot past that statement, normally it should take me to the Installer now. However, I just got the Apple-Logo with a loadingbar that is empty (so...
Okay, so I've tried every option that I could find online. Using the "Hackintosh-Stuff" Repo, Using "Syscl's" Repo as well as creating a USB-Stick using the barebone Laptop-Configuration from @RehabMan.
Using every Clover-Folder I could find for the "XPS13 9350".
I already did an EC-Reset which...
I use DiskMakerX to copy the Installer to USB, because that is easier for me :D
That worked last time also.
Copy the Installer to USB with DiskMakerX to USB - then install Clover.
HFSPlus.efi and FakeSMC.kext and this:https://github.com/RehabMan/OS-X-Clover-Laptop-Config/blob/master/config_HD3000_1366x768.plist.
Another question: Can i use Clover EFI anyways? But in Bootloader tick "Don't update MBR and PBR sectors"?
It is a InsideH20 Bios: https://www.google.de/search?q=Insydeh20&espv=2&biw=1366&bih=667&tbm=isch&tbo=u&source=univ&sa=X&ei=fvkrVaL5NIroaKKrgaAN&ved=0CCAQsAQ
Hope that helps ^^
