I remove the NVidia card when attempting to do anything with HD4600. I use it only when I can't boot - with NVidia card I get consistent boot, even though without QE/CI, and can gather logs and such. In that setup when I have HD4600 only, os x either hangs (last line varies), or sometimes just...

With these settings boot hangs on "DRMStatus: iTunes/apple store content access problem". Looked it up, tried what others suggest - bios settings and boot flags - none of that helped. What else can I try? EDIT: with GeForce 7300 GS I can still boot.
