Hi
I come from a El Capitan upgrade to Mojave. Sleep was working in that build (Actually everything was working on that build)
I had to upgrade Clover for the upgrade, and it's kexts and now... sleep is not working. :-(
The computer goes to sleep but never comes back. Screen is turned...
I've just upgraded to Mojave. I come from High Sierra.
I prepared the a clover boot with this kexts
AppleALC.kext
Lilu.kext
RealtekRTL8111.kext
USBInjectAll.kext

I have to say that P8H67 Boards from ASUS have a so-so UEFI implementation. They were the first Sandy Bridge boards with UEFI. This might exaplain it. They only detect UEFI boot on USB...
I know Im late to this but just for reference if there is anybody else in this situation:
P8H67 Boards have a problem with UEFI implementation. As far as I've tried, they only detect the UEFI boot on a USB. If you try to boot with an UEFI bootloader in a drive, it doesn't work - as it doesn't...
I'm hesitant to delete the partition... what would happen if... instead of deleting the partition I remove the files in the partition and put it in a directory like "_removed". There wont be any files on that partition where they are expected to be. And in case of everything going bonkers I...

I got a new 1Tb SSD drive and installed Clover r5102 so I can upgrade to Catalina in this drive.
When I try to boot on the 1Tb drive I just...
Hi
I'm trying to update my system from El Capitan to Catalina.
As I have clover in my actual build my plan was to make a bootable copy of my actual SSD to a new one (bigger), install clover on the new SSD (from now on NEWSSD) and then from there do an update - not using the Unibeast USB from...
¿Are they complicated to set up? I would love to have native support but from all what I've read it seems that this new cards need the webdrivers from nvidia, isn't it?
I just want a system that it doesnt broke every time I update it
I'm planning to get a 4K monitor soon and I was wondering what support is there for this resolution.
At the moment I have an Nvidia gt640 that from what I read will only give me 30fps
Which 3d card between 150€/200€ works with 4k and is not a pain to configure at this moment?
Well I will try this afternoon...
I guess from your words that OSX will "magically" detect that this new drive is the old OS and it will keep it in time machine...
cross my fingers...
I've moved my osx to another drive. I updated it to El Capitan, and made all the tweaks it needed to make it work. My old drive name was "OSX", the new one is called "OSX-2".
My plan was that after having my osx-2 installation stable, to rename OSX-2 to OSX and then activate again TimeMachine...
