Doesnt work. After Installing ALC1150 and optional 5.1. I rebooted my machine and then after it gives me nothing in input and output in settings. Any other solution?
Hey thanks for the reply. But when i run the file it doesnt do anything. Im using 5.1 speakers. Do I need to install ALC1150 Driver before running that script from multibeast?
hey sorry to bother you guys but i already have that kernel flag:kext-dev-mode=1 in my org.chameleon.boot.plist.
where should i add the flag you talking about and im using chimera boot loader.
im trying this method below. but it says the kext mode =1 is not found so there it wont load the kext but i checked my org.chameleon.boot.plist i see the argument there it says that kernal flag is 1 so why is it saying that it cant found.

i recently installed yosemite on my computer but after installing doing the multibeast i selected ALC1150 for my 5.1 surrounded speakers. but after installing alc1150 i dont see and input or output in system preference.
tried looking in this link but couldnt find what to do...
may i ask you what speakers you have because i have 5.1 surrounded system, will it work if i just select alc 1150 on MultiBeast, i tried its not working. there is nothing in output. :roll:
