Looks like a limitation. If so, how assign additional Pcie usb ports to the correct way (lot of PR seems get all assignments) ? What a fight !!

My 2 additional pcie cards are usb 2.0, one with 2 firewire800 ports, other 4 usb 2.0 ports. Will try NEC kext.

Some peripheral need exlusive port, some have usb 1.0 speed, some 2.0 (hs), no one need 3.0 (ss). Mouse and keyboard are connected on Bluetooth usb antenna. I make some group with usb hub then I can. But, I don’t understand some usb card pcie ports don’t work .. like a limitation ?
