    Nice Hackrig. I think NVEnabler 64.kext can be put away. I've previously owned one and Snow Leopard should detect it natively in Snow Leopard 10.6.5 and up and also Lion. Just set GraphicsEnabler = Yes and PCIRootID correctly

    You need to specify your graphic card PCIroot value because you are using the other slot. You can use Hwinfo to check your PCIroot value
