I use a 2T usb Scan Disk for Online stuff. I have working USB. restored Cat from my iMac Dell HD. with disk utility. I use my install usb for start up disk.Then choose disk to boot.

I found a Audio USB DSYJ 7.1 channel < works perfect. Dell 3010 desktop. shows up systems permission. 2 ex speakers and web cam. Browsers play video and sound now.

I get just red script when trying to just update. maybe graphics ? maybe I should just stick with Catalina.

after installing Catilina on Dell desktop 3010 ! months with no Bose 123 sound. used many Terminal suggestions ! Tried a component to Hdmi cable connector, didn't work. I gave up. This morning I just plugged the 5 component cables in ! went to preference sound, my Visio 55 c2 shows up ! Now...

I found the best way for me to change smbios on my Dell optliplex 3010. I triple boot . High Serria, Cat 15.6 and windows. I was playing with install plist for months. Then I was using MutilBeast set SMBIOS to 15.1 and installed it on installer. Now every thing boots fine after install. iMac...

I have to keep resetting SMBIOS from 14.2 too 15.1. I got BigSsur updater on Catalina running with 15.1. "Clover Boot". I hope we have Big Sur UniBeast soon.

My Dell 3010 runs great ! I use built in Hdmi video slot HD4000. 2 Hard drives. one with High Serria 32 bit apps and one Catalina 64 bit. edited plist with textedit. to identify as iMac 15.1.
