My El Capita was recently upgraded successfully to Sierra no issue at all all working.
The installation disk was named ElCapitan, stupid thing to do as now I am on Sierra and the disk name is El Capitan.
Can I go to just to the disk and rename it without having boot issues?

Upgraded from Sierra all working
However now boot time takes up to 3 to 4 minutes when with Sierra was 20secs
No error it boots up normally
At boot there is two option
Boot Mac from OSX (OSX is the name of my SSD)...
