I had a similar issue on my MSI Z97 G45 motherboard, but using an older v2.1.0 worked for me. I posted an issue in the github repo for the release to be available for download, but the author, Mieze, said I was too dumb to understand anything...
I opened a PR in Mieze's repo so hopefully anyone else with the same motherboard (and possibly E2205 chip) can find the solution: https://github.com/Mieze/AtherosE2200Ethernet/blob/0fc4c47ec0ee8438f856be51d422ef9c56b316ef/README.md
AMAZING!!! I was having trouble with this for days! Even bought a USB Ethernet adapter!! My problem was that I was using the AtherosE2200Ethernet v2.2.2 driver (latest, and the only one available in the GitHub releases), and it is NOT backwards compatible!!!!
THANK YOU!!!
Ok, so new versions are appended to the front of the "stack," then? 2 is newer than 3 and so on?
Should I try using AptioMemoryFix instead of OsxAptioFixDrv-64?
UPDATE: I discovered that the rebooting, specifically, had to do with me using OsxAptioFix3Drv-64.efi. I switched to using OsxAptioFixDrv-64.efi and now my system is rock-stable. I am still using the downgraded Sierra install.
I have experienced in two of my builds, which are ASRock motherboards, that using anything other than the latest OsxAptioFixDrv-64.efi causes intermittent crashing and poor graphics performance.
I thought I would post this for anyone experiencing any unexplainable issues (I struggled with this...
Hey all,

In the end I just downgraded to macOS Sierra and now everything is smooth and stable. My computer would occasionally...
