That's a good thought. The fact that it can boot in safemode suggests that it may be a driver issue? Try to boot with only the FakeSMC kext and forget the NullCPU.. & Realtek just to rule out if they may be culprits. You can include them later, one at a time. :)

This may not be the only problem but the nvda boot flag should be: nv_disable=1

Try nv_disable=1 as a boot flag just to get you through and install the nvidia web drivers. Then you can remove the boot flag. Hope that works.

Have you tried nv_disable=1 boot flag just to get you in then you can install the updated nvidia web drivers? You can then remove the flag once everything is installed. I had the same video card and I had to do just that for Yosemite. Hope it helps! :)

Thats good. You can try both with and without, but ensure you have the same bios version number to prevent compatibility issues. :-)

Actually, I did. I use the DSDT file for bios version 2003 I believe for my motherboard. But I had to as well for the Mavericks / Multibeast install, so I figured to keep it the same under Clover & Yosemite.

Most definitely use the Nvidia file and add the nv_disable=1 in the boot argument. If that doesn't work, I can send you a modified version? I can't wait to see what happens now. lol
