Hey there! Just a quick question. You were able to get everything working with this setup? Like everything everything?

[Solved] Need input on why my attempts to upgrade to High Sierra are failing

Hey there. Were there any other kexts or patches that you needed for your WD Black PCIE SSD? I am on a H370M D3H mobo with an i5-8600 and I just cannot get the install to see the drive. The drive does show up in the bios and I can install windows on it, but macOS isn't seeing it. Not sure if...

    SSD Compatibility

Hey, How'd you get the installer to recognize the WD Black PCIE? I'm doing a fresh build on a H370M D3H mobo with an i5-8600. I was able to do an initial format by installing windows and formatting that way, but that did nothing either...

Lenovo D30 - All works except Audio

For anyone interested, I actually got my S30 working as well on Sierra 12.6. Again, everything working except audio [which is of little consequence to me]. If you have any questions, hit me up!

24 Cores and 256GB RAM, it deserves OS X, please help!

So, I was able to get sierra installed, but only kind of by chance. And I don't have audio working [don't need it] and USB 2 ports aren't working either... Did you get any further @tnxgalaxy ?

    Hp z420

A lot of this info was very very helpful to me, I'm doing a Lenovo S30 though. Close enough cousins to have similar approaches.

    Asus P6X58D-Premium Motherboard

This thread has been incredibly helpful. I've been able to get my P6x58d Premium up and going quite well actually. Now the only thing that I'm trying to work on is the firewire, not necessarily because I have to have it [I have a pcie firewire card] but because it just feels like it would be...

Yosemite install guide on Lenovo D30 rev 4354

This is great! I will definitely be referencing this thread in the next few weeks. I'm actually doing a few single cpu builds with like an S30 or z420 or T3600, but then I'll be doing two that are dual cpu builds [D30/z620/T5600]. So I'll more likely be following your guide. A quick question...

    Asus Z10PE-D8 WS - 2x XEON 2680v3 - Clover - El Capitan - System lags/hangs

Hey everyone on this thread, I've had great success with converting a Lenovo S20 workstation and now I'm looking into doing something similar with an S30/HP z420/Dell T3600 or even more relevant to this thread, a Lenovo D30/HP z260/Dell T5600. Any thoughts on this? It definitely beats the...

DSDT Help Needed: Lenovo Thinkstation D20

That is a definite possibility. There's been so little testing and experience that it's hard to say. I'm hoping to get my hands on a d20 sometime in the next few months (really want a d30, but we'll see) so I'll let you know. Sorry I couldn't help more...

DSDT Help Needed: Lenovo Thinkstation D20

I haven't actually tried the D20, but I'd imagine it is somewhat similar. At this point, I'm able to do the install from scratch with nothing made in about 3 hours or so. It's pretty straightforward surprisingly. If you do it, lemme know and I'll try to watch out for the thread to help out if I...

DSDT Help Needed: Lenovo Thinkstation D20

Alos, just to update the thread, I'm actually typing this from my s20 with everything working EXCEPT audio [which again is of no consequence for me since this is a production machine and thus has a firewire audio interface for audio]. The ethernet problem I was having was more of a user error...

DSDT Help Needed: Lenovo Thinkstation D20

Which load screen won't come up? The one where you select which drive you want to boot from? Or the mac os x load screen? If it is the clover boot loader screen, then I don't think it would be white to begin with. I'd suggest starting from scratch and using this guide and following it pretty...

    Lenovo Thinkstation C20

Sooooo... Definitely had an I'm an idiot moment. The previous post still holds true, that product may be a rock solid solution for someone, but after having to trouble shoot another issue, I went into the bios and realized that the onboard ethernet was not enabled. So I turn it on and the...

Help! Mavericks Install Boot Problems on Lenovo D20 (X5650)

So I decided to go with just a simple usb ethernet adapter and save my pcie slots. :D With the actual proper drivers, its running golden! I got the Sabrent NT-USB20 USB to Ethernet adapter and downloaded the ASIX drivers from here installed and all was great! Hope this helps someone out there...

    Lenovo Thinkstation C20

No prob! Also, I'm still troubleshooting my network port. As in I would love to get it going with just the onboard network card without taking up one of the pic slots, so thats what I'm working on literally right now. I'm about to start from scratch and actually do a Yosemite install to see if...
