Just want to tell that problem as been solved.(who knows if somebody has the same problem) Solution was using the Intel SATA connector instead of the Marvell I used the first time. After I changed both SATA cables to the Intel connector, OSX SSD is now first boot device.

You need to FIRST install Win 7 and then OSX ML. Best you can do is make a copy of ML using time machine. Install Win 7, then start ML installation using a USB and then install from Time machine. In my opinion the fasted way.

OK, so it seams I am not the only one having troubles getting this to work. My system runs 10.7 without any problem but somehow I just can get ML Installation on screen. I also get a restart after all kext are loaded.:-( Hopefully someone hits the pot and solve this mistery

DSDT is made by using DSDT auto patcher from MaLd0n from insanelymac.com forum. Don't kow anything about a DSDT from this forum? But before I use a new DSDT file I will try the reg edit solution.
