The reason because macbook work with this card is because they have different connectors (hardware) and also the bios of the graphic card is different than the version in PCs (software). Unless someone comes with a great solution, we are condemned to use VESA mode. Cheers, Tachyon

Hi lifelike27, Can you tell us how you installed and configured grub2? I'm having serious troubles with the chameleon bootloader because my HDD is "advanced format", and so, I get the boot0:error every time I try to boot from chameleon. I think booting from grub2 would solve my problems. Cheers
