It looks like there was something wrong with my EFI partition. I had to reformat it by newfs_msdos -v EFI /dev/disk0s1 After that, the clean Clover installation worked as it should.

Hello! I can not update my 4097 Clover to any higher version (for example 4152 or 4173). The installation process runs without errors, but after a reboot Clover Configurator shows that the current version is still 4097. Sierra 10.12.6 Log and config are attached. Thanks

Works for me: actual version of FakeSMC.kext, placed in /Volumes/EFI/EFI/CLOVER/kexts/10.12 (flash drive AND hard disk for the fist boot).

Surprised that the update is going without any problems for everyone, except me. I can not overcome AppleACPICPU busy timeout block. Clover and even FakeSMC kext are updated. Apparently, I have to wait for the upgrade of UniBeast/MultiBeast.

Still have this problem. I did as said above and this allowed me to boot from the flash drive. Installation of the system has begun. But, nevertheless, the reboot from the hard disk failed. So, where can I get the new version of FakeSMC file? Thanks.
