I tried again and it seems that the problem comes from Clover r4722, I have reboot with an USB with clover r4630 and it is working. Then reinstalling same version on Mojave and it's fine... Is it possible or it is just luck? Thanks.

Hi, I have installed clover to be able to boot either OSX 10.9.2 (SSD) or Win8.1 UEFI (standard HD). Whilst OSX boots perfectly, Win8.1 does not boot. It stops (freeze) whilst booting. In clover, when I select my Win8.1 (UEFI) drive, it starts, I see the blue window with the dots spinning below...
