If you want H264 HW acceleration from IGPU, you have to enable IGPU in BIOS (Primary Adapter should be PCIe) and need to inject Headless platform id for IGPU.

I was trying to check whether the kext loaded, but kextstat is not available. Hence we need to look into OC boot log/debug log to confirm it is injected. Let it be there.

If supported your LAN will work with IntelMausiEthernet.kext present in your bootable USB.
Open Terminal share output of below,
kextstat|grep -i ethernet

ifconfig -a

The SSDTs you are using is not customised for your motherboard, if I am correct you have just downloaded the pre-built SSDTs.
How is your Graphics configuration BIOS? Primary Output Device, State of Integrated Graphics, etc ?

OpenCore Bootable USB you can make it from Windows OS. If you are ready to try again, please follow the official guide of OpenCore and make the USB.
You have to consider building custom SSDTs for your BIOS/Motherbord before wiping out Windows.
Can you please share the output of below commands after running it on Terminal.
system_profiler SPHardwareDataType |grep 'Model Identifier'
ls -ltr ~/Library/Caches/|grep com.apple.appstore
ls -ltr ~/Library/Preferences/ |grep appstore
sudo find /private/var/folders -name com.apple.appstore...
Also please give some idea about your problem.
Eg:- Where it is stuck, what message you are seeing on screen.. or something to understand where you want the forum members to look.
If you have no data in the drive, please do recreation of partition map.
sudo diskutil eraseDisk JHFS+ "MY DRIVE" disk5
Note:- Above command will wipe out everything from the hard disk/SSD. Make sure you have taken backup of important data if any are there.

I would like to know your BIOS Version, Setting you are using on BIOS (Pics Can give more detail to me) & the config.plist you have in your USB.

Update your profile first with detailed HW Specs.
Then boot the installation in verbose mode (-v) and share a photo of the frozen screen for further help.
Please share the full output of below command to re-check. Normally your Target device will be named as /dev/diskXsY format. NOT /dev/rdsk

Are you using OC (Open Core) ?

I know my replay is bit late in this.. However, if anyone facing the same issue can try with OsxAptioFix2Drv-free2000.efi instead of default clover providing driver.
Note:- I don't have this issue, but i suspect it is related to initial memory allocation.
