My RX 570 is suffering slowness since 10.15.4... Until 10.15.3 GeekBench was around 45k (Metal), now is 30k.
I suggest 580 or better...
Use Hackintool to see loaded modules...
Attached you can find my OC EFI (see my signature for detailed specs).

Unfortunately the K4000 supports only YUV 4:2:0 H.264 according to NVIDIA'S Video Encode and Decode GPU Support Matrix:
Maybe it's time to upgrade your GPU... ^__^
Hello Jeppe!
Start with testing your VDA decoding capabilities with Hackintool and/or VideoProc to see if SMBIOS MacPro7,1 is needed.
Integrated USB 3 is hopeless, I suggest to install a compatible USB 3.1 gen2 PCIe card.

You mean that USB3 is still behaving like an "invisible USB2"?
Unfortunately, I don't think this is something fixable due to TI USB3 not having proper drivers on macOS...
I suggest to stick to USB2 for slow periperals (input devices) and buy an ASMEDIA ASM1142, ASM1543 USB 3.1 gen2 PCIe card...
Hello!
Assuming your SMBIOS is MacPro6,1 and that your USB ports are renamed correctly (EUSB to EH01 and USBE to EH02), you can try the following combination:
Latest USBInjectAll
mXHCD from this package
The attached SSDT-UIAC-ALL.aml (put it in EFI/CLOVER/ACPI/patched/)

EDIT...
I confirm that using this MMilesMM's procedure, everything went well (no NVIDIA card on my Hackintosh).
No need to select "macOS Install" on Clover reboot, update was like on a regular Mac.
Thanks a lot!
